Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:03 P.M. by President Jack Winkleman. We welcomed Colette Loehrlein whom became a new member at the end of the meeting.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve January meeting was made by Jessica Ives and seconded by Jesse Ives. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Roy Kline gave his report. Motion was made by Jeff Hancock and seconded by Jesse Ives. Motion carried. Treasurer's report approved.
Library Committee:
Cabinet is open. there are study casts, books, study sticks to check out for three months at a time. Steve Eli and Ben Meyer will be updating the inventory in the library, in March. Excess items found in the library will need a new home or purpose. This may mean a a sale or auction at the April meeting. The club will need to decide after a list of excess items is finalized.
Show Committee:
Nothing for now.
Old Business:
Rich Wetherbee seminar cancelled. Rich will be back through this way in October we will try for another seminar.
Dues are 25 dollars per year by the end of March meeting. Our bylaws state that we need to have a yearly roster at the close of the March meeting based on those that paid their dues.

Reminder:
Sales and Trade table: A place to sell, trade, or giveaway tools, books, etc., you no longer want. On it tonight is a Dremal battery.
New Business:
Name tag competition this year is at the August meeting. Start thinking what about your new name tag design. We received a call from Larry Sisk for the Club to demonstrate carving and promote the club at this year's Bow Shoot Competition in Princeton Indiana on Saturday April 12, 2025 from 8 am till 5pm. If you are interested please let Jack know.

Mini-Seminars- Tonight Robin carving a heart for Valentine's day, March Kathy, April Frank
Show and Tell:
Kathy Vonderahe showed her santa, eagle and a picture of what a friend is carving on that was a member.
Frank Wildeman showed his snowflake and his wheel with a ball inside.
Roy Kline showed his heart in a box, hearts, drummer on a clothespin, and two cardinals on a heart.
Marvin Daniels showed his wood bark tree spirit's, santa's, house's, the undertaker, and wizard.
Half Pot:
Half-Pot was won and given to Kevin Jones who in turn donated back to club.
Adjournment:
Kathy Vonderahe made a motion to adjourn and it was seconded by Jeff Hancock. Motion approved. Meeting adjourned.
