Old Business:

3). Our team at the Camp Carson Archery shoot last month was a success. We made a lot of new contacts. A big thank you to Kathy Vonderahe, Jeff Hancock, Melba and Jack Winkleman.

New Business:

1). At the last club meeting, the club agreed to offer a soap carving session to a group of high school age children (10-20 children) at Patchwork Central on May 2, 2022. The session will start at 6:00 pm and last for about 90 minutes. Weather permitting the session will be held outside. The project will be carving a turtle from Ivory soap. Robin has picked up a couple dozen bars of Ivory soap for the session. We have 20 cookie sheets to use to carve the soap on. We passed out a half dozen carving tool kits to club members for use in their practice. We have another 26 tool kits ready now. Twenty kits for students and six kits, hopefully, for additional volunteer carving training assistants. We have six volunteers for this event. Thank You to all who volunteered to help out for this.
