Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:04 P.M. by President Jack Winkleman. We welcomed guests Terry Strobel and Stacy Russell; who will be our chainsaw carver for the show.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve September meeting was made by Allan Bailey and seconded by Jan Weiss. Minutes carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Roy Kline gave his report. He said that we have the rentals for this year and next year paid for. We also got money from Toyota. Motion was made by Marvin Daniels and seconded by Danny Conley. Motion carried. Treasurer's report approved
Library Committee:
We have a new DVD in the library donated from Erv Leidolf.
Show Committee:
Show Person Jon Gunnels talked about the show. We now have a chainsaw carver. The show will be in the Exposition hall this year, make sure you get your numbers for your signs and get them up, if you have not gotten your table yet now is the time to get it. Sign up sheet to man the door is on the table, time to set up is Friday night October 25 from 4 to 6 or 7 A.M. Saturday morning, peoples choice carving fifty dollars for top tokens can be any carving you have done through the years. Show is October 26 and 27, from 9 to 3 each day.

Appoint someone for the election of officers, Danny Conley said he will do this.
Seminars:

Show and Tell:
Kathy Vonderahe showed her woodburned cardinal.
Roy Kline showed his Halloween outhouse, Christmas outhouse, valentine outhouse, saint Patrick outhouse, and Fourth of July out house.
Jack Winkleman showed his man in the moon.
Jon Gunnels showed his woodturned platter and bowl.
Jan Weiss showed her woodburned bird, snowman, crazy snowman and another snowman.
Marvin Daniels showed his new roughouts.
Half Pot:
Half-Pot was won and given to Roy Kline.
