Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:02 P.M. by President Mark Meyer.
Minutes of previous meeting:
Motion to approve the minutes for January meeting was made by Ben Meyer and seconded by Jan Weiss. Motion carried. Minutes approved.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Roy Kline gave his report. Motion was made by Kathy Vonderahe and seconded by Jan Weiss. Motion carried. Treasurer's report approved.
Library Committee:
Nothing new in the library.
Show Committee:
We need to start talking about it, any ideas and we need a show chair.
Old Business:
A continuation of discussion and thoughts of the Club wanting/having an Annual Show.
New Business:
It's that time again for the "North Gibson Archery Club" Outdoor Bullseye Shoot on April 21 through 23. We have been asked to set up and Display on April 22. If we have volunteers. This occurs at Camp Carson. We need to let them know as soon as possible. At the YMCA in Princeton, IN.
The Tri-State Wood Turners have indicated they would consider/like to have a joint show as we did at the Armory.
Volunteers for Audit Committee.
Volunteers for upcoming meetings.
Seminars:
Tonight we have Jan Weiss doing the seminar, with Pickle Expressions.
Show and Tell:
Jan Weiss showed her candy corn faces, eagle and butterfly.
Ron Tucker showed his angel with book.
Kathy Vonderahe showed her cat head, and articles from a previous chipchat on on profiles and a recent article.
Frank Wildeman showed his butterfly necklace and butterflies.
Jack Winkleman showed his dogs, caricatures, chickens, and pickle expression ornament.
Roy Kline showed his boot, man and valentine.
Steve Eli showed his relief carving, relief indian, and clay santa's.
Half Pot:
Half-Pot was won and given to Robin Meyer.
Adjournment:
Steve Eli made a motion to adjourn and Ben Meyer seconded. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned.
